Born in Mexico City in 1969, she began her career as a child star, releasing her debut album at the age of 10. Over the years, Lucero has become one of the most successful and beloved artists in Latin America, with over 30 million records sold worldwide. Her music is a blend of pop, ranchera, and traditional Mexican genres, and she is known for her powerful vocals and charismatic stage presence.
In addition to her music career, Lucero has also starred in numerous telenovelas and films. She is a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador and has been involved in various charitable causes. Lucero is married to fellow singer Manuel Mijares, and they have two children together.
