Al Muirhead is a veteran Canadian jazz trumpeter and multi-instrumentalist known for his warm tone, lyrical phrasing, and deep roots in the swing and bebop traditions. Born in 1938, this Saskatchewan-born artist became one of Canada's most respected session musicians, playing with legends like Tommy Banks, P.J. Perry, and Guido Basso over his decades-long career.
