PRODUCE X 101 was a South Korean reality competition show that aired on Mnet in 2019. The show featured 101 male trainees from various entertainment companies competing for a spot in an 11-member boy group. The final lineup of the group, X1, was determined through a public vote. X1 debuted in August 2019 with the title track "Flash" from their first extended play, "Emergency: Quantum Leap." However, the group disbanded in January 2020 due to the Mnet vote manipulation scandal.
