He is often referred to as "The Voice of Hardcore" and has been a pivotal figure in the genre since its early days. Da Mouth of Madness began his career in the late '80s as part of the hip-hop group II Damn Dope, alongside DJ Uzi. They discovered hardcore in the early '90s and started performing together, eventually becoming a prominent act in the hardcore scene. Their partnership with DJ Uzi led to numerous performances, including Thunderdome events, and they became one of ID&T's flagship acts.
