Motorists are a post-punk band from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 2016, the band consists of vocalist/guitarist Sean Carnage, bassist/vocalist Emily Rose, and drummer/vocalist Matt Cronk. Their music is characterized by its driving rhythms, angular guitars, and introspective lyrics. Motorists have released two full-length albums, "Surrounded" (2018) and "Vainglorious" (2020), as well as a number of singles and EPs. They have toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and have shared the stage with bands such as The Cure, Interpol, and Editors.
