**Ontal** is a Belgrade-based industrial techno duo known for their aggressive, textured soundscapes and relentless rhythms. Composed of Branko Popović and Ivan Pavlović, the pair emerged in the early 2010s with a DIY ethos, blending elements of dark ambient, noise, and hardware-driven techno into a visceral live experience. Their work, including recent releases like *Dead End EP* and *Phronesis EP*, often explores themes of decay and dystopia, delivered through distorted kicks, metallic clangs, and hypnotic repetition that’s become a signature of their style.
