No-Maddz

No-Maddz is a Jamaican dub poetry and reggae fusion group known for their high-energy performances and socially conscious lyrics. Formed by childhood friends and trained actors Sheldon Shepherd and Everaldo "Evie" Creary, the duo blends poetry, theater, and music into a dynamic mix of reggae, dub, ska, and spoken word. They gained prominence in Jamaica both for their musical innovation and their roles in local theatre and film, including a standout performance in the award-winning film "Better Mus' Come."

No-Maddz has built a reputation for addressing societal issues in Jamaica with humor, wit, and lyrical depth. Their distinctive style and theatrical flair have earned them critical acclaim both at home and internationally. Collaborating with top producers such as Sly and Robbie, they released their debut self-titled album “Sly and Robbie Presents No-Maddz” in 2015. Whether through revered tracks like "Sort Out Yuh Life Jamaica!" or stage performances that blend performance art with roots music, No-Maddz continues to push the boundaries of Jamaican musical expression.
