Bebe & Cece Winans

BeBe & CeCe Winans are a Gospel music brother-sister duo that emerged as a breakaway pair from the larger Winans family group, one of gospel music's most renowned families. Benjamin "BeBe" Winans and Priscilla "CeCe" Winans grew up in Detroit, Michigan, in a household that was filled with music and love. They first gained recognition as part of "The PTL Singers" on the PTL Club television show in the 1980s. It was during this time that they honed their distinctive sound—a blend of gospel, R&B, and contemporary Christian influences.

BeBe & CeCe released their self-titled debut album, "BeBe & CeCe Winans," in 1987 which included the hit "I.O.U. Me." This early success laid the groundwork for a series of successful albums that followed, such as "Heaven" in 1988 and "Different Lifestyles" in 1991, which included the hits "Addictive Love" and "I'll Take You There," further establishing them as influential cross-over artists who drew fans from both the sacred and secular realms. Their contributions to gospel music have earned them numerous awards and critical praise over the years. "Relationships" in 1994 and "First Christmas" offered fans thoughtful reflections on love, life, and the holiday season. After a hiatus, they reunited and in 2009 released "Still," an album which captured the essence of their musical journey and sustained allure. While both BeBe and CeCe have also pursued solo careers, their collaborations remain a beloved chapter in the history of contemporary gospel music.
