**congratulations** are a vibrant Brighton-based four-piece band blending '80s pop, '00s indie, and modern rock into super groovy, nostalgic indie dance rock that's all about letting loose and having fun. They started as a trio—guitarist Jamie Chellar, bassist Greg Burns, and drummer James Gillingham—who bonded over guitar rock at university, but things really kicked off when Jamie's sister introduced them to powerhouse vocalist Leah Stanhope, completing the lineup with her killer vocals and green uniform vibe (they rock primary color outfits like punk rock Power Rangers).

The crew's fiercely DIY, handling everything from recording to artwork, and they've dropped killer EPs like *Woo Hoo*, *Slap*, *Junk*, and *Get 2 Me*, plus singles such as "Ice Tea," "Zeitgeist," and "Dr. Doctor," building buzz ahead of their debut album *Join Hands* out February 13, 2026 via Bella Union (with producer pal Luke Phillips from ICEBEING as their "fifth member").
