Architects are a British metalcore band from Brighton, England, formed in 2004. The band consists of guitarist and keyboardist Alex Dean, drummer Dan Searle, guitarist Adam Christianson, and lead vocalist Sam Carter. Over the years, Architects have become lauded for their blend of technical proficiency, emotive ambiance, and lyrical exploration of socio-political and environmental themes. Their early work, characterized by a blend of hardcore punk and metal elements, evolved to incorporate more complex structures and melodic elements, establishing them as pioneers within the genre.

With a career marked by a relentless touring schedule and a discography of acclaimed albums, Architects have weathered personal tragedy and lineup changes, most notably the passing of founding guitarist and primary songwriter Tom Searle, Dan's twin brother, in 2016. Despite the setbacks, the band's spirit and creative output have remained undiminished. Architects' eighth studio album, "Holy Hell" (2018), served as a powerful testament to their resilience and dedication to their craft.
