Cesar Merveille

Cesar Merveille is a Paris-born DJ and record producer currently based in Berlin. His journey into music began with an early interest in jazz, which later evolved into electronic music through his involvement with the Parisian party scene, particularly with Circus Company. Merveille moved to London in 2003, where he started producing music and eventually founded a visual design company called Hijackstudio. However, he soon dedicated himself to music full-time, gaining recognition for his residencies at London's T-Bar and Lo*Kee events. His collaboration with Pablo Cahn-Speyer on the "Descarga" project and subsequent releases on Luciano's Cadenza label further propelled his career. Merveille has also worked with Ryan Crosson on the DRM project, released on Visionquest, and launched his own vinyl-only label, Roche Madame, in 2016.

Merveille's music is characterized by its sophisticated sound design, deep basslines, and mesmerizing rhythms. He has performed at prominent venues like Fabric, Watergate, and Panorama Bar, and has been part of Luciano's Vagabundos club nights. His recent releases include collaborations and solo projects that showcase his versatility in electronic and techno music. With a career spanning over a decade, Merveille continues to evolve his sound while maintaining a strong presence in the global electronic music scene.
