Хелависа (Helavisa) is the solo project of Natalia O’Shea, a beloved Russian singer-songwriter and frontwoman of the folk-rock band Melnitsa (Мельница). Beyond music, Natalia holds a PhD in biology (which explains her song *Люцифераза*, named after the enzyme luciferase) and has a geeky passion for medieval history and Tolkien-inspired lore.
