Born in 1957, he's widely regarded as one of the pioneers and most influential figures in the Fuji music genre. KWAM 1's music is characterized by its energetic rhythms, catchy melodies, and socially conscious lyrics that often address issues of love, life, and politics. With a career spanning over four decades, he has released numerous albums and singles, earning him a massive following both in Nigeria and beyond.
