ELLEGARDEN is a Japanese rock band known for their infectious blend of punk rock and melodic pop, which has earned them a devoted fan base both within Japan and internationally. Formed in December 1998 in Chiba, the band consists of Takeshi Hosomi on vocals and guitar, Shinichi Ubukata on guitar, Yuichi Takada on bass, and Hirotaka Takahashi on drums. Despite their songs being primarily sung in English, their energetic live performances and catchy tunes broke through language barriers, attracting attention outside their home country.

Their discography includes several studio albums and numerous singles that showcase their dynamic sound, characterized by nimble guitar riffs and anthemic choruses. Some of their notable works include "RIOT ON THE GRILL" and "ELEVEN FIRE CRACKERS," both highly praised albums that contributed significantly to their popularity peak in the mid-2000s.
