Z TRIP

Z-Trip, born Zach Sciacca in Queens, New York, is a pioneering DJ and producer known for his eclectic style that blends hip hop, rock, and house music. Moving to Phoenix, Arizona as a teenager, he first gained recognition performing with the Bombshelter DJs before achieving widespread acclaim with his 2001 collaborative mixtape "Uneasy Listening, Vol. 1" alongside DJ P. This release became a cult classic, topping numerous critics' year-end lists and establishing Z-Trip as a trailblazer in the mash-up and turntablism scene. Over the years, he has headlined major festivals such as Coachella and opened for legendary acts like the Rolling Stones. His 2005 major-label debut album "Shifting Gears" featured a star-studded lineup of guest artists and was praised by critics, including Rolling Stone.

Beyond his solo work, Z-Trip has collaborated with artists across genres, including hip hop and electronic music, and has been involved in memorable live performances, such as sharing the stage with LL Cool J in his hometown of Queens.
