Gary Matthewman is one of the UK’s leading song pianists, highly regarded for his work as a collaborative pianist in recital and recording settings. He has performed extensively with world-renowned singers such as Dame Kiri Te Kanawa, Sir Thomas Allen, Bryn Terfel, Simon Keenlyside, and Angela Gheorghiu, among others. His artistry has been showcased at prestigious venues including London’s Wigmore Hall and New York’s Carnegie Hall, as well as numerous live broadcasts on BBC Radio 3. Matthewman’s acclaimed recordings include Schubert’s *Winterreise*, which has received significant critical praise, and he has worked on major projects featuring composers like Schubert, Schumann, Britten, Straus, Fauré, and Poulenc.
