Vangelis Kostoxenakis, better known as Phatjak, is a Greek electronic music producer and DJ who emerged in the early 2000s. Born in Greece in the late 1970s, Kostoxenakis discovered his passion for music in high school and later studied sound engineering and music production in Athens. His career took off in 2005 with the release of "Dirty Sunday" on Dave Seaman's Audio Therapy label, which helped establish his unique blend of disco, electro, and progressive house elements.

Phatjak has since released over 100 originals and remixes on various labels, including Hope, Baroque, Extrema, and Toolroom. He's known for tracks like "I dropped my E on the dancefloor" and "I found my E in your pocket," which both enjoyed success on Beatport charts.
