GIANT

GIANT is a melodic hard rock band that originally formed in the late 1980s, known for combining soaring vocals, big hooks, and virtuosic guitar work. The group was founded by brothers Dann and David Huff, with Dann—already an in-demand session guitarist and producer—taking the lead as guitarist and vocalist. Their 1989 debut album, Last of the Runaways, featured the hit single "I'll See You in My Dreams," which helped cement their place on the AOR and melodic rock scene.

After an early run that spanned two albums, the band became largely inactive, but reunited in the early 2000s with new material and lineup changes. More recently, GIANT released the album Shifting Time in 2022 through Frontiers Music Srl, continuing their legacy with a fresh mix of classic melodies and updated production. Known for their powerful ballads and polished musicianship, GIANT remains a respected name among fans of classic arena rock and melodic hard rock.
