Vicious Art

Vicious Art is a Swedish death/thrash metal band that formed in 2002. The band was founded by Matti Mäkelä (guitar) and Robert Lundin (drums), two musicians who had previously been part of the band Dark Funeral. They were joined by Jocke Widfeldt (vocals) and Tobbe Sillman (guitar). In early 2004, Jörgen Sandström, known for his work with Entombed and Grave, joined Vicious Art as the bassist. During their active period, the band released several notable works, including the album "Fire Falls and the Waiting Waters" in 2004 and the EP "Weed the Wild." Their music garnered positive reviews, and they played various shows that received good audience reception.

Their discography includes albums and EPs like "Fire Falls and the Waiting Waters" and "Weed the Wild," which were followed by their second album, "Pick Up This Sick Child," released in 2007. Unfortunately, the band is no longer active, having split up after their active period.
