Gemma Abrié

Gemma Abrié is a talented singer, composer, and double bassist from Barcelona, Spain. Born on November 3, 1984, she has developed a rich musical career, exploring genres from jazz to Mediterranean sounds. Gemma graduated in Jazz Singing and Modern Music from the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (ESMUC) and has been teaching music since 2013 at the Escola Municipal de Música de l'Hospitalet. She has collaborated with significant musicians across various genres and has participated in multiple projects, including *SoloBasSing* with Josep Traver and *JazzCàntic* with Manel Camp. Her discography includes albums such as *Amalgama* (2016), *Els fruits saborosos* (2014), *Wondering...* (2010), and *A Tribute to Ella Fitzgerald* (2007).
