The Clarion Choir
The Clarion Choir is a New York-based vocal ensemble celebrated for breathing new life into sacred Russian choral masterpieces. Led by artistic director Steven Fox, the group specializes in meticulously researched performances of works like Rachmaninoff’s lush *All-Night Vigil* and Kastalsky’s haunting *Memory Eternal*, often reviving scores that were nearly lost to history. More recently, they’ve championed Maximilian Steinberg’s *Passion Week*, a sweeping 1923 work suppressed under Soviet rule.
