Better Lovers is an indie rock band from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 2017, the band consists of vocalist and guitarist Jake Rabinbach, bassist and vocalist Sam Lefebvre, and drummer and vocalist Nick Aguilar. Their music is characterized by its dreamy, atmospheric soundscapes, introspective lyrics, and catchy melodies. Better Lovers have released two EPs, "The Flowering" and "Two Alive Amongst The Dead," and are currently working on their debut album.
The band's name is a reference to the idea that love can be both beautiful and painful. "We wanted a name that would reflect the duality of love," says Rabinbach. "It can be the best thing in the world, but it can also be the worst." Better Lovers' music explores the complexities of love, loss, and longing, with a raw honesty that resonates with listeners.
