KANON

**KANON** is a Japanese singer-songwriter known for her emotive vocals and anime-themed hits. Bursting onto the scene in 2005 with her debut single “Flower,” which served as the ending theme for *Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle*, she quickly became a staple in the anime music world. Her style blends J-pop sincerity with rock-infused energy, often weaving introspective lyrics about growth and connection.

Beyond solo work, KANON co-founded the band Myuji in 2008, showcasing her versatility. Over the years, she’s contributed to soundtracks for series like *Muv-Luv Alternative* and *Tears to Tiara*, while newer releases like “Forked Road” and “声” (Voice) continue her tradition of heartfelt, melody-driven tracks. Though she keeps a relatively low profile, her music remains a bridge between anime fandoms and intimate singer-songwriter storytelling.
