Hearthill is a Nashville-based country-rock duo known for their twangy storytelling and playful mix of spooky honky-tonk vibes with foot-stomping rock energy. Formed in 2016 by childhood friends Alex Garner (vocals/guitar) and Emily Sanders (vocals/fiddle), the pair carved out a niche with campfire-ready tunes about heartache, haunted love, and small-town oddities, as heard in recent releases like “Rockin’ in the Graveyard” and “Graveyard Party Blues.” Their 2023 tracks “The Love Circus” and “Lost In The Limbo Zone” showcase their knack for blending wry lyrics with retro-country instrumentation, earning them a cult following at dive bars and Halloween festivals alike. With a shared love for Dolly Parton and Creedence Clearwater Revival, Hearthill keeps things scrappy and collaborative—they still hand-paint their own gig posters and record every track in Sanders’ converted barn studio.
