Guns N' Roses

Guns N' Roses, often abbreviated as GNR, is one of the most iconic and influential rock bands that emerged from the mid-1980s Los Angeles music scene. Formed in 1985, the group originally consisted of vocalist Axl Rose, lead guitarist Slash, rhythm guitarist Izzy Stradlin, bassist Duff McKagan, and drummer Steven Adler. With their raw energy, rebellious image, and a blend of hard rock, heavy metal, and blues, they quickly made a name for themselves with their explosive live shows. Their 1987 debut album, "Appetite for Destruction," catapulted the band to international fame, driven by hits such as "Sweet Child o' Mine," "Paradise City," and "Welcome to the Jungle." The album remains one of the best-selling records of all time.

Throughout their turbulent career marked by line-up changes, internal conflicts, and hiatuses, Guns N' Roses' contribution to rock music has been substantial. The "Use Your Illusion I" and "Use Your Illusion II" albums, both released in 1991, showcased the band's versatility and further cemented their status as rock titans. After a dormant period and the departure of most original members, Axl Rose revived Guns N' Roses with new lineups and finally released the long-awaited album "Chinese Democracy" in 2008. Following a surprise reconciliation, the classic line-up featuring Axl, Slash, and Duff reunited for the highly successful "Not In This Lifetime" tour in 2016. The group continues to delight fans with their legacy, releasing remastered and deluxe editions of their classic albums, as well as teasing new material with singles such as "ABSUЯD" and "Hard Skool."
