Martin Mendonça

Martin Mendonça, born Martin Andrade de Mendonça on June 3, 1976, in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil, is a talented singer, guitarist, and musician known for his work in Brazilian rock. He began playing acoustic guitar in his youth and transitioned to electric guitar during his teenage years. Mendonça initially played with the Bahian band Cascadura before moving to São Paulo in 2003 to pursue a broader national career. In 2005, he became the official guitarist for the acclaimed singer Pitty, contributing to several of her albums including *Anacrônico*, *Chiaroscuro*, *Setevidas*, and *Matriz*. Besides his work with Pitty, he is also known for his involvement in the side project Agridoce and has released solo work such as the album *Quando Um Não Quer...* in 2015. Martin Mendonça balances his music career with his personal life as a father to two children, Tomaz and Valentina.
