Symmetrik is a dynamic electronic music duo from Belfast, Northern Ireland, consisting of Curtis Lagan and David McCoubrey. Emerging onto the scene in 2019, they rapidly gained recognition for their distinctive sound that seamlessly blends genres such as House, Trance, Hard Dance, and Techno. Their energetic live performances have taken them to peak time slots across multiple cities in the UK and Europe, including gigs with iconic dance music brands like Cream and Ministry of Sound. Symmetrik has developed a strong and growing fanbase, highlighted by their sold-out shows in Northern Ireland and releases on major labels including Warner Music’s Atlantic Records, Universal’s Polydor Records, and Armada Music.

Both Curtis and David started their musical journeys as solo DJs before joining forces, drawn together by similar styles and a shared passion for dance music. Their music features ethereal melodies, complex soundscapes, and a mix of electronic and acoustic elements, earning them a place on the UK’s electronic and trance charts with standout tracks such as “Triplicity” and “Excursion.” Symmetrik continues to push the boundaries of modern electronic music, with ambitious plans for future productions and performances that promise to elevate their career to new heights.
