Songs: Ohia was the musical project of Jason Molina, an American singer-songwriter known for his raw and introspective folk music. Molina's songs often explored themes of loss, longing, and redemption, and were characterized by his haunting vocals and sparse, acoustic arrangements. Songs: Ohia released a string of critically acclaimed albums in the late '90s and early 2000s, including "Didn't It Rain" and "The Lioness," before Molina disbanded the project in 2003. He continued to release music under the name Magnolia Electric Co. until his untimely death in 2013.
