However, Gavin Wong left the band in 2022, leaving it as a three-member group under Universal Music Malaysia. Insomniacks gained recognition with hits like "Pulang," "Sempurna," and "Reminisensi," which often explore themes of love and heartbreak. Insomniacks' journey began with their debut single "Selalu" in 2017, which featured in the soundtrack of the Malay drama "My Coffee Prince."
