Catalina Bertucci

Catalina Bertucci is a Chilean-Italian soprano who’s made a name for herself on both sides of the Atlantic with her radiant, warm voice and versatile performances. After studying in Chile and furthering her training in Germany, she spent several years as an ensemble member at Detmold Opera before launching a successful freelance career. Since then, she’s sung leading roles at major opera houses like Vienna Volksoper, Opéra de Lausanne, Semperoper Dresden, and Teatro Municipal de Santiago, and has appeared in beloved productions such as The Magic Flute, Gianni Schicchi, and Der Rosenkavalier.

Catalina is also a sought-after concert and recital singer, performing with top orchestras including the Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra and the Amsterdam Baroque Orchestra under conductors like Ton Koopman and Hans-Christoph Rademann. She’s appeared at major festivals and concert halls across Europe and South America, and has recorded works by composers ranging from Bach and Handel to Carl Reinecke and Richard Strauss. With a growing discography and a reputation for both operatic and Lied performances, Catalina Bertucci continues to captivate audiences with her artistry and musical sensitivity.
