Wombripper

Wombripper is a Russian death metal band formed in 2012 in Nizhny Novgorod. They are known for playing old-school death metal, particularly in the style of Swedish bands like Vomitory, Demonical, and Dismember. Their music is characterized by a "Pure HM-2 sound," which refers to the heavy distortion characteristic of early Swedish death metal bands. Over the years, Wombripper has released several notable albums and EPs, including "From the Depths of Flesh" in 2018, "Macabre Melodies" in 2020, and the EP "Infected Tomb" in 2017. Their sound is marked by raw, intense riffs and brutal vocals, reflecting their deep appreciation for the genre.
