Mdi Ensemble
Mdi Ensemble is a contemporary music group based in Italy. Founded in 1995, the ensemble is dedicated to performing and promoting new music, with a particular focus on Italian composers. Mdi Ensemble has collaborated with numerous composers, including Salvatore Sciarrino, Helmut Lachenmann, and Luciano Berio, and has premiered many new works. The ensemble has also performed at major festivals around the world, including the Venice Biennale, the Salzburg Festival, and the Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival.
