Kamalini Mukherji

Kamalini Mukherji is a renowned exponent of Rabindra Sangeet, the songs of Rabindranath Tagore, celebrated in India and Bangladesh. She began her professional musical journey in 2008 and has performed across India, Bangladesh, Germany, Canada, and the United States. Kamalini has a strong educational background, having completed her Bachelor's in English Literature from Jadavpur University with a gold medal. She furthered her studies at St John's College, Cambridge, on a Gates Cambridge Scholarship and later participated in an exchange program at the University of Pavia, Italy. Her discography includes 12 albums with Saregama, featuring seven solo albums and the compilation "Best of Kamalini." She aims to introduce Tagore's music to a global audience, bridging cultural divides. Kamalini divides her time between Kolkata and New York City.
