Raised in The Bronx near Kingsbridge and Riverdale, she grew up surrounded by music, with early family influences and a deep appreciation for artists like The Beatles and Phoebe Bridgers. Her musical journey took a serious turn during high school when she heard Phoebe Bridgers’ “Graceland Too,” which inspired her to start writing her own songs. Coco honed her craft further by studying at the Berklee School of Music in Boston, preparing herself for the realities of being an indie artist today.
