**Hard Meat** was a British rock band that cooked up a storm in the late '60s and early ’70s with their gritty blend of hard rock, blues, and psychedelic vibes. Hailing from Birmingham, the trio featured brothers Mick Dolan (bass/vocals) and Steve Dolan (drums), plus guitarist Mick Carless. They dropped their self-titled debut album in 1970, packing it with raw, riff-heavy tracks that leaned into prog-rock experimentation and earthy grooves.
