Sad Breakfast

Sad Breakfast is a Mexican indie rock band formed in Mexico City in 1998. They are considered pioneers in their genre and have been influential in the independent music scene. The band's history began with a group called Pale Pluto in 1997, but they evolved into Sad Breakfast after some lineup changes. Over the years, they have released several albums, including "Don't Try to Forget... That's Why People Take Pictures" (2003), "The Time... To Come Back" (2005), and "Sad Breakfast" (2009). Known for their DIY ethos, Sad Breakfast has maintained a strong presence in the underground music scene, sharing stages with notable bands like Explosions in the Sky and Mono. After a hiatus, the band reunited and continues to perform, appealing to both old and new audiences.
