Almir Côrtes

Almir Côrtes is a Brazilian guitarist and composer known for his innovative approach to choro, a traditional Brazilian genre. Born in Salvador, Bahia, in 1958, Côrtes began playing guitar at a young age and quickly developed a unique style that blended choro with elements of jazz, classical, and popular music.
