Kraków Street Band

Kraków Street Band is an eight-piece ensemble from Krakow, Poland, that first made waves busking in their hometown’s Market Square before gaining wider recognition for their spirited blend of folk, rock, blues, country, and traditional jazz. Founded in 2014 by Łukasz Wiśniewski and Piotr Grząślewicz, the group’s raw, spontaneous street performances led to their debut album, funded entirely by fans through a crowdfunding campaign. Their refreshing mix of genres and emotive live energy quickly earned them the titles “Discovery of the Year 2014” and “Band of the Year 2015” from Poland’s renowned blues magazine “Twój Blues.” Their discography includes standout tracks and albums like “Wróżby,” “Czekanie,” and “Kropla,” showcasing a sound that’s both deeply rooted and refreshingly modern, connecting with audiences across Poland and beyond.
