Almah

Almah is a Brazilian metal band formed in 2006 by singer Eduardo Falaschi, known for his tenure with the power metal band Angra. The project began as a solo endeavor for Falaschi but soon evolved into a fully-fledged band. Almah's sound has blended melodic power metal with progressive and symphonic elements, showcasing Falaschi's distinctive voice and a rich sonic palette that appeals to a broad spectrum of heavy metal enthusiasts.

The band's discography demonstrates an impressive evolution in both technicality and composition, with each album marking a step forward in maturity and complexity. "Fragile Equality" (2008) solidified their place in the metal community with a blend of speed, melody, and technical precision. The band continued to build on their successes with the subsequent release of "Motion" in 2011, which introduced a heavier and darker tone to their music. "Unfold" in 2013 saw Almah further exploring their sound, adding more progressive elements. Their latest studio album, "E.V.O" released in 2016, represents a thematic celebration of evolution and transformation, both musically and personally for the band members, particularly for Falaschi following his departure from Angra and his journey with Almah. Through their steady output and distinct approach to metal, Almah has crafted a dedicated following and has established themselves as a noteworthy force within the global metal scene.
