Suarez perfected his skills with renowned accordionists and studied at the Marseille Conservatory, where he earned a First Prize and a gold medal. His career spans multiple genres, from traditional French music to jazz and world music. He has collaborated with a wide range of artists, including Claude Nougaro, Bernard Lavilliers, Zebda, and the classical tenor Roberto Alagna. Suarez is known for his versatility, often shifting between accordion, bandoneon, piano, and other instruments. His notable releases include albums like *Cocanha !* and *Tandem*, showcasing his eclectic musical style.

As a sought-after musician, Suarez has contributed to over a hundred albums and various theatrical and cinematic projects. In 2018, he founded the Bretelle(s) Festival in his hometown, combining music with educational programs. His artistic pursuits often blend music with theater and storytelling, highlighting his ability to weave together different artistic forms.
