Sea Girls

Sea Girls is an invigorating British indie rock band that has rapidly risen to prominence in the UK music scene with their infectious melodies and anthemic choruses. The quartet, formed in London but with roots that trace back to Kent and Lincolnshire, consists of Henry Camamile (vocals, guitar), Rory Young (lead guitar), Andrew Dawson (bass), and Oli Khan (drums). The band's name, inspired by a misheard lyric from a Nick Cave song, encapsulates their unique blend of exuberant rock and reflective lyricism, making waves both on the airwaves and in live performances.

Since their formation in 2015, Sea Girls have distinguished themselves with a string of effervescent singles and standout EPs, eventually culminating in their critically-acclaimed debut album, "Open Up Your Head," in 2020 which reached the UK Top 3. They followed this up with the release of "Homesick," an album that showcases their evolution both musically and personally. Their recent tracks, including "Young Strangers," "Falling Apart," and "DNA," continue to exemplify their talent for writing introspective lyrics set to rousing, energetic music. With their raw, live energy captured flawlessly in "The Hometown Tour Live (Live At Alexandra Palace)," Sea Girls have cemented their reputation as a dynamic live act, while acoustic renditions such as "Weekends and Workdays (Acoustic)" highlight the band's versatility and ability to connect with fans through both amplified and intimate performances.
