ELMAN, born Elman Elman oğlu Zeynalov on November 18, 1993, in Sumgait, is a Russian singer and musician known for his work in the pop music scene and for founding the label RAAVA Music. Raised in Shakhty after his family moved there during his childhood, Elman pursued music without formal training while studying at Rostov State Transport University. He first gained notice in 2017 with the release of the song "Адреналин" and gained wider attention through his participation in the show Fabrika Zvoyzd on Muz-TV, where he placed fourth. After parting ways with Warner Music Russia and his producer Viktor Drobysh, he launched RAAVA Music in 2018, under which he signed artists including himself, Andro, and JONY. Elman's music is characterized by a blend of heartfelt lyrics and catchy melodies, and he is recognized as a rising force in mainstream Russian pop music.
He has released tracks such as "Восточные сказки," "С неба," and "Следы," among others, which showcase his evolving sound and lyrical style. Elman is also noted for his live performances at notable festivals like Summer Fest, Kazantip Festival, and Moscow Music Week, which have helped cement his growing reputation in the Russian pop landscape. Outside of music, Elman is married to Margarite Tsoi, and they have a daughter named Mariel.
