Vito Abbonato is an Italian composer and actor born in 1956 in Trapani, Sicily. He is known primarily for his work composing original soundtracks for Italian television series. Some of his recent notable works include the scores for "Mina Settembre" (all three seasons), "Fiori sopra l'inferno: I casi di Teresa Battaglia," "La Fuggitiva," and "I bastardi di Pizzofalcone" among others. His music has become a recognizable part of the contemporary Italian TV drama scene, contributing significantly to the mood and storytelling of these series.
