The Chattahoochies

The Chattahoochees are a country music band from Athens, Georgia. Formed in 1990, the band is known for their humorous and often self-deprecating songs, which often poke fun at country music stereotypes. The band's name is a reference to the Chattahoochee River, which flows through Athens.

The Chattahoochees have released six studio albums, including "Take the 'O' Outta Country" (1994), "Talladega 10" (1996), and "Pank Drank" (2000). The band has also released several singles, including "I Dodged a Mullet" (1996) and "Hillbilly Hippie" (1998). The Chattahoochees have toured extensively throughout the United States and have performed at several major music festivals, including the Bonnaroo Music Festival and the Austin City Limits Music Festival.
