Pháo

Nguyễn Diệu Huyền, better known as **Pháo**, is a Vietnamese rapper and producer who’s quickly become one of the standout Gen Z voices in the country’s hip-hop scene. Born in 2003 and raised in Tuyên Quang, she started rapping around 2018 and later studied at the Hanoi College of Art. Her stage name “Pháo” (which can mean *cannon* or *firecrackers*) reflects her passion and explosive energy, and she’s cited Cardi B and Vietnamese rapper Kimmese as major inspirations.

Pháo really broke through with **“2 Phút Hơn”**, a collaboration with producer/DJ Masew that racked up tens of millions of views on YouTube and then went truly global thanks to the KAIZ remix, which topped the Shazam chart and blew up on TikTok. She’s since dropped multiple versions of the track, including a 2021 remake featuring American rapper Tyga, and followed it with singles like **“Để Em Sống”** that kept her firmly in the spotlight. Alongside the hits, she boosted her profile as the runner-up on the TV rap competition **King of Rap**, cementing her status as one of Vietnam’s most exciting young rap talents.
