Cyruss is a metalcore band from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 2018, the band consists of vocalist Chris Garza, guitarists Steve Stout and Brandon Ellis, bassist Matt Taylor, and drummer Aaron Stechauner. Their music is characterized by its heavy riffs, aggressive vocals, and introspective lyrics that explore themes of anger, loss, and redemption. Cyruss has released three EPs to date: "Hate Dies Last" (2019), "Hate Songs" (2020), and "Hate / Human" (2021). The band has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, sharing the stage with acts such as Killswitch Engage, As I Lay Dying, and The Devil Wears Prada.
