Johnny Crawford

John Ernest "Johnny" Crawford was an American actor, singer, and musician, born on March 26, 1946, and best known for his role as Mark McCain in the popular 1950s and 1960s ABC television series "The Rifleman." Beyond his acting career, Crawford had a successful run as a recording artist during the early 1960s.

Following his stint on television, Johnny Crawford capitalized on his television fame and teenage heartthrob status to pivot into music. His melodious voice and charm led to a string of hit songs, contributing to his musical legacy.
