Qari Ziyaad Patel

Qari Ziyaad Patel is a South African artist known for his exceptional recitation of the Quran and contributions to humanitarian work. Born in Ladysmith, KwaZulu Natal, he began memorizing the Quran at the age of 11 and completed his Hifz by 14 under the guidance of Mufti Goolam Hassan Saib. He furthered his education in Tajweed at Al-Azhar University in Egypt, studying under Sheikh Abdullah Attiya Bayomi. Patel is also involved with the Al-Imdaad Foundation, where he has played a significant role in managing humanitarian efforts globally.

As a musician, Qari Ziyaad Patel is recognized for his powerful recitations, which include works like "Surah Yasin" and "Duas." His performances have taken him to various countries, including notable appearances in the UK, Ireland, Turkey, India, and Saudi Arabia. Beyond his musical talents, Patel is a nasheed artist and humanitarian, using his platform to inspire and support communities worldwide.
