Alter Bridge

Alter Bridge is an American rock band formed in Orlando, Florida, in 2004 by vocalist and rhythm guitarist Myles Kennedy, lead guitarist Mark Tremonti, bassist Brian Marshall, and drummer Scott Phillips. The band emerged following the disbandment of Creed, with Tremonti and Phillips looking to continue creating music with a decisively new direction and sound. They united with former Creed bassist Marshall and recruited Kennedy, formerly of The Mayfield Four, whose vocal prowess and guitar skills completed the powerful quartet.

With a style that balances heavy guitar riffs, melodic lines, and Kennedy's distinctive vocal range, Alter Bridge has carved out a firm place in the rock and metal community. They have consistently honed their craft over the years, delivering a series of well-received albums. Their work includes 2022's "Pawns & Kings," an album demonstrating the band's ability to evolve while maintaining the potent, emotive songwriting that has earned them a loyal fan base. Among their most recent offerings, tracks like "This Is War," "Sin After Sin," and the anthemic "Native Son" showcase their capacity for both anthemic arena rock and intricate, heavyweight tunes. Alter Bridge has proven time and again their commitment to their music, with each release capturing the essence of hard-hitting rock paired with introspective lyrics.
