Circadian Ritual

Circadian Ritual is an American Sludge/Doom Metal band from Minneapolis, Minnesota, formed in 2016. The band consists of Jake Quittschreiber on vocals and guitar, Rick Parsons on guitar, Ben Shaffer on bass, and Jim Clark on drums. Circadian Ritual released their self-titled debut album in 2015, followed by their 2017 album, *Befallen*. Their music style is characterized by heavy, sludgy riffs and dark, atmospheric themes. However, the band is currently listed as split-up.

Despite their relatively short active period, Circadian Ritual managed to leave a mark on the Minneapolis metal scene. Their music often explores mystical and abstract concepts, as reflected in tracks like "The High Priestess" and "Ethereal Monolith" from their debut album. Although they are no longer active, their discography remains available for fans of the genre.
